After clicking on the link above, please enter your Email Address and Name* (required). The password field is optional. If you do not want a password, simply leave this field blank.

*Please enter your first and last name in order to prevent spamming to our listserv.

Press the SAVE button.

You will then get the following message:

Your join request has been saved.
An administrator will now need to approve you.

That's it! Your request will be sent to the list administrator for approval. Once you have been approved, you will be a member of the listserv.

All future e-mails from the listserv will have instructions at the bottom on how to unsubscribe should you wish to be removed.
