At HRLC, we depend on our Strategic Plan to guide us in providing the services you want and need. We'd like to help you and your library do the same for your community. To show how easy and effective this process can be, HRLC partnered with the National Executive Service Corps (NESC) on a demonstration project. Three public libraries that do not already have a Strategic Plan were selected. HRLC shared the cost for each library to work with consultants from the NESC to develop a Strategic Plan.
