Renewals:
The cost to libraries of delivering a live, on-demand tutoring service is based on usage which, for the first year, is derived from the size of your community (Legal Service Area) and our six years of experience delivering the service to communities of a similar size. In renewal years, pricing is based on the actual usage of your current year, projected to the end of the year.

Tutor.com will provide a pricing chart for your Tier. Using this chart, along with your detailed monthly usage reports, you will be able to easily predict your renewal costs well in advance.  We encourage you to strive for the most usage possible.   This information should empower you to provide the most effective service for your budget. Whether your usage is falling below the Standard Program, or seems to indicate an increase in costs at your renewal, we are here to work with you to make your program a sustainable success.
